Cluster-Truck

A performative traffic jam

Cluster-Truck is a performative traffic jam. This exhibition transforms the back of eleven moving trucks into individual installation spaces. Cluster-Truck features the work of eleven emerging artists: Stan Lambert, Wills Phillips, Mckenna Bommarito, Red Poterack, Willow Troise, Bea Wallace, Nolan Sypek, Sam Thomas, Anna Nahlik, Quinn Cotnoir, and D Islami. Each artist has created a unique and totally immersive experience. This project broadens possibilities and expectations of how space can be utilized and where art belongs. Works in Cluster-Truck include live performance, video, object-based sculpture, and interactive installation. Utilizing unconventional space to simulate an environment, artists employ ideas of intimacy, pop culture, and warped perception to ask the question “Is this real or is this just the back of a truck?

Cluster-Truck is a one-day-only experience from 4:30 pm -7:30 pm, on April 18th, 2025. All trucks will be located in the parking lot at 377 Cumberland Ave., which will be made possible by the generous donation of Unified Parking. This event is free and open to the public.
