Designer and educator Peter Alfano has pursued a dual role as both a creative lead and technical director. He has produced award-winning design and animation for The BBC, Google, Apple, Nike, World Science Festival, TED, AIGA, A&E, and Nickelodeon. Peter’s work spans television, film, installation, web, mobile, and print media and has been honored by the Type Directors Club, Broadcast Design Awards, and the Art Directors Club. Most recently, Peter is co-founder and partner at the creative studio Attachment Division. His practice explores visual systems, branding, typography, and enriching visual communication through space, light, and motion.
Before moving to Maine, Peter taught for 5 years in Ringling College of Art & Design's Motion Design department. He has also taught at Parsons School of Design and Rhode Island School of Design.
